Abstract

Every country that recognizes itself as a legal state, has an obligation to provide fulfillment and protection of human rights to every citizen. The Human Rights, both of which are non-derogable and derogable nature, one of which is the right to a good environment and healthy. In Indonesia, the recognition of the right to a good environment and health have been stipulated in the applicable rules and enforcement procedures.
