Study on Significant Factors that Affect the Construction Project Performance: A Review Paper

Abstract

Construction industry has complexity in its nature because it contains a large number of parties such as clients, contractors, consultants, stakeholders, shareholders, regulators and others. It makes significant contributions to the socio-economic development process of a country. But due to some factors the construction project progress affected in different countries. Therefore this study focused on the identification and ranking of the different factors that affect the construction of project progress in different areas.
