The study used CGPA as a proxy variable for quality human capital. The data was analyzed via both descriptive and econometric analysis. It explains the performance of students in terms of their grade scores. This study was undertaken by both primary and secondary data. The analysis indicates quality human capital is determined by sex, age, habits of drug specially chat, the choice of university and the like. The concerned bodies, like government, ministry of education and others, should give due attention for regular pocket money as income, policies related with chewing chat[1](khat), university assignment issue, and gender basis of students needs strict considerations.
