Formulation of Precautionary Principles in the Policy of in the Field of Agricultural

Abstract


This study is the research result on the formulation of precautionary principles in the policy of in the field of agricultural. Based on the research, the formulation of the regulatory policy of Minister of Agriculture No. 61/ Permentan/ OT.140/ 10/2011 on Testing, Assessment, Release and Withdrawal varieties in environmental protection and management in Indonesia, has to do with the precautionary principle. It has been regulated in Article 2 f of UUPPLH (Environmental Protection and Management Law) and Article 3 of  PP (Goverrnment Regulation) No. 21 of 2005. The two articles are the implementation of the precautionary principle before conducting Testing, Assessment, Release and Withdrawal of varieties should have passed AMDAL (EIA), Environmental Permits and Environmental Risk Analysis, it is important to do so in these activities no damage an environmental pollution.
