The Effect of Mind Exercises on Cognitive Development

Abstract


This study aimed to examine the effect of mind exercises on cognitive development areas. 29 individuals aged between 5 and 15 years participated in the study. A 24-week program of mind exercises was administered to the individuals participating in the study, and the data obtained by administering the Cognitive Assessment System (CAS) scale before and after the program was analyzed. As a result of the study, there was a significant increase in index scores and total intelligence scores measured by CAS scale.
