The Perception of Women on Political Party Recruitment Patterns in Perspective Quota 30 Percent of Women Membership in Legislative Institution

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to contribute to the development of social relation in the general communities, aspecially for political activity by men or women in the processes of recruitment as political parties members. How the perception of women groups abouth that processes and 30 percent quote for women legislative members by perspective, when reformation era has began since 1999 untill now. Gender issues between men and women, aspecially in the political area by competition as functionary or cadre as political parties members in different backgrounds.
