Investigation of Common Cluster Model in Ornamental Plants Sector

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to improve the corporate structure in the sector and increase the value added of the production with the common cluster model planned in the ornamental plants sector. This is an imperative for the potential productivity coordination of products with exports. With this new model to be unveiled, it is demanded to create a model for other agricultural producers such as ornamental plants sector in our country. With the current conditions and business management strategies of the sector, the need to create innovations in the development process is observed. It is suggested to make a new innovation together with strategic alliance and cluster. With this change, it is aimed to provide management, coordination integrity in the sector and bringing production to the world competition level so that exports can be realized with different products. Thus, it is aimed to increase the awareness of the sector, which plays an increasingly important role in trade, and the support for social development together with production.
