New Developments in Nanotechnology in Engineering Applications

Abstract

In this paper, it was explained new developments in the nanotechnology that forms the basis of technological researches and engineering applications. What are the manufacturing techniques of nanomaterials? The development process of nanotechnology, its engineering applications, production techniques and manufacturing processes of nanomaterials were investigated. Particularly, nano materials, which have become a part of our lives, have attracted a great deal of attention for different applications in different engineering sector, and the quality of products, price, usability. Nanotechnology has started to develop rapidly especially after 2000's, its application areas are increasing more and more especially in the electronics sector, in the military sector, in the automotive sector, in the textile sector, in the aerospace sector etc. that has been using for at the different shapes and applications. This case also shows that the importance of nanotechnology and its application sectors in engineering for future.
