Note on Omega-closed sets in topological spaces

Abstract

In this paper we introduce a new class of sets known as- closed sets in topological spaces and we study some of its basic properties. It turns out that this class lies between the class of ? -open sets and the class of  ?g (resp. )-closed sets. Unique feature is, this new class of sets forms a topology and it is independent of open sets.
