Linking Organizational Learning with Organizational Performance through Mediating Effect of Organizational Innovation

Abstract


This study aimed to investigate the impact of organizational learning on organizational performance by considering the mediating role of organizational innovation. The primary data was collected from employees of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) located at Gujranwala. Valid and pretested scales from prior studies were adopted to collect data from participants by using simple random sampling. Self-administrated questionnaire was designed for data collection. AMOS 21.0 and SPSS 21.0 were used for data analysis. Structural Equation Modeling technique was used to achieve the objectives. The results indicated that organizational learning positively and significantly associated with organizational performance. The findings also demonstrated that organizational innovation didn’t mediate the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. The implication for managers and practitioners were described at the end.
