Employees Job Satisfaction and Performance of High School Teachers in Trans Nzoia County, Kenya
Abstract
This study aimed at recognizing the effect of employee job satisfaction and performance of high school teachers in Trans Nzoia County, Kenya. How teacher's work motivation was an effective response to his work situation. Thus, teacher job satisfaction refers to the teacher's actual relationship with his or her role as a teacher. The most important information about an employee are an interpreter of his work satisfaction as people join organizations, to satisfy their personal needs.
