Creative Leadership, Knowledge Sharing and Innovation : Evidence of Small and Medium Enterprises
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to prove (1) the influence of creative leadership for innovation, (2) test the effect of knowledge sharing on innovation, (3) developing the concept of the influence of creative leadership for knowledge sharing, (4) develop the concept of the role of knowledge sharing as a mediator of the effects of creative leadership on innovation in the silver industry in Bali. This study used a quantitative approach. The numbers of respondents were 61 people. The results showed that the creative leadership not significantly effected on innovation, knowledge sharing had a positive and significant impact on innovation, creative leadership had a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing perfectly mediated (complete mediation) the influence of creative leadership on innovation in small silver craft industry in Bali.
