Based on a review of psychological and sociological literature, the paper proposes a model of antecedents and consequences to entrepreneur role stress. Some suggestions for future researches and implications are also going to b discussed and presented in the report. Moreover we will also discuss on the present study attempted to bridge this gap by comparing the entrepreneurs and managers on stress, strain, and their moderators like locus of control personality and social support etc, and the interrelationships among them.
