Catalytic And Economic Method Using As Catalyst the I-Si(CH3)3 Generated During The Condensation Of Silylated Base With Natural Phosphate Doped With KI (NP/KI)
Abstract
Several D-ribonucleosides are prepared from 1-O-acetyl-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-?-D-ribofuranoside and trimethylsilylated nucleobases under mild conditions by using as catalyst I-Si(CH3)3 generated during the condensation of silylated base with NP/KI.
