Evaluation of Information Technology Portfolio Management Software using a Fuzzy Logic Algorithm

Abstract

There are many Information Technology Portfolio Management Software (ITPM) and one of the important problems in this field is how to choose an ITPM that will be the most effective one and that will satisfy the requirements. In order to help in the solution of this problem, the authors have introduced a computer program to aid in the selection of an ITPM. The introduced system can easily be used over and it is basically a support system used to evaluate ITPM s by using a flexible and smart algorithm derived from fuzzy logic values. The paper describes the ITPM and the steps of the ITPM evaluation system. All things about the concept of the program are describe and only a programmer need to change this to a software evaluation.
