The research work takes a critical look at the factors that influence the leadership styles of Nigerian Small- Scale business entrepreneurs. Based on the nature of the work, a survey research model was adopted. A total number of 60 respondents who are Chief Executive Officers of Small- Scale Business Enterprises were randomly sampled across different locations in Lagos metropolis, which is the commercial hub city of the Nation. Data were generated using questionnaires and unstructured interview methods. The chi-square (X2) statistical tool was adopted for data analysis at 0.05 level of significance. The outcome of the findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between the personality of members of an organization, the size of the firm, the degree of interaction and goal congruent of the organization and the leadership style adopted by a Nigerian small-scale business entrepreneur.
