Abstract

Citizen’s satisfaction is a vital factor for consistent use of e-Government administrations and the achievement or disappointment of e-Government ventures. The fundamental test for research is what the critical determinants of their satisfaction are? This paper plans to distinguish the key factors that decide e-Satisfaction with e-Government administrations entryway.
