Do Motivation Drive Employee’S Performance in Public Sector Organization

Abstract


Every organizations whether private or public, have a principal goal of achieving the objectives set for the organization, this cannot be achieve without gingering the employees performance, scholars have advanced reason why motivational packages can work in any sector and the employees can performance, without x-raying the system approach to the motivation, this review suggest that the system approach has a adverse effect on the motivation of the employee, hence there is a need to treat motivation with the system approach, that will lead to better motivation and better output of the performance.
