The Predictive Value of Positive Thinking and Attitudes of Secondary School Teachers Towards Education in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah
Abstract
The study aims to identify the predictive value of positive thinking and attitudes of secondary school teachers towards education in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. To achieve the objectives of the study, the survey approach is used to suit its nature of this study, where a questionnaire is designed and distributed to a sample consisting of (360) teachers from Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah city.The results of the study show that positive thinking for secondary school teachers towards education in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah for the study sample, in general, is of a low degree. The results also show that the attitudes of secondary school teachers towards education in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah for the study sample, in general, is of a high degree. In the light of the results of the study, the researchers recommend working on holding training courses capable of increasing the contribution of secondary stage teachers in activating positive thinking for secondary school students in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and organizing professional development programs for teachers to be aware of the principles and elements of positive thinking and the methods for their development.
