Obstacles Facing the Teachers of the First Three Grades in the Schools of the Southern Shouneh District from Their Point of View

Abstract


This study aimed to reveal the obstacles facing the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Southern Shouneh district from their point of view, and to achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (131) male and female teachers in government schools in the Southern District, and the study found that The degree of obstacles facing teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Southern Shouneh District, from their point of view, came to a high degree in the areas of content, teaching methods, educational activities, and the teacher. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α = 0.05)). In the obstacles facing the teachers of the first three grades in the schools of the Southern Shouneh District, from their point of view, according to the difference in educational qualification, and the presence of differences in years of experience in favor of a group of more than (11) years.
